About Caroline and Chip

Caroline Wasson:

Caroline grew up in New Orleans and graduated from LSU and still bleeds purple and gold. Having vacationed on the Emerald Coast growing up, she moved to the area in 1995 and fell head over heels for the tiny little fishing village of Destin as well as its people. Naturally outgoing, she managed radio and television stations in Baton Rouge and on the Emerald Coast until she found her true calling as a Realtor.

A licensed Realtor since 2003, Caroline’s background in sales and love for helping others made her a natural fit for the real estate industry. For Caroline, there is nothing quite like finding someone their home, condo or investment property. Her greatest satisfaction is found in seeing her clients’ happiness, and she still gets excited about finding the perfect property. Not only can she help her clients find the perfect fit, she can also help them figure out how to make it their own. Being from Louisiana, design and architecture come naturally to her, so if you need help with decor, she has you covered.  

Success for Caroline has come through her ability to build relationships with her clients as she works with them to find what they want and need for their family—whether they are buying or selling. Service is her ultimate gift, and her clients benefit from her help in staging, hiring contractors and handymen, and any other way she can lend her expertise.  

She and Chip have raised two daughters together and continue to walk their journey through life in partnership.

Chip Wasson:

Chip grew up along the shores of Destin. Having witnessed its many stages of development and change, Chip possesses an intimate knowledge and appreciation for the way it has evolved over the years—and the love he holds for the community has only deepened with time.

A Realtor since 2005, Chip dipped his toe into the waters of real estate investing in 1991, when he bought his first property in Destin. A lover of finding “diamonds in the rough,” he has a knack for seeing the untapped potential in a property and developing that potential.

Over the course of his career as a Realtor, Chip has developed his passion for finding his clients’ ideal place at the beach, achieving success through his focus on the clients’ goals and dreams, knowing that everything else will take care of itself. He offers a level of personal service not found with bigger teams, and the patience that he prides himself on is something that, in the world of real estate, can be considered a superpower.

Chip is a dedicated father and a husband to Caroline, who is his partner in life as well as in business.
