What makes Caroline the best is that she not only knows this area very well, but also loves this area. Although we wound up buying the first house that we saw, she took the time over several days to show us the area and all the neighborhoods so that we could make the best decision. Caroline and Chip did everything in their power to make our closing as smooth as possible and we were in our house by August 9th. Chip even helped repair the fence for us so our dogs wouldn’t get out on the day of settlement. Even now, Caroline and Chip still remain our friends. And Caroline knows the very best people to get things done in Destin. If we need a construction project or some pool repairs, or someone that knows roofing or insurance, Caroline always recommends the best person. And she’s always right. We honestly don’t think we’d be living in Destin right now if it wasn’t for her. We think Caroline and Chip are definitely the best.
